Data controller

Pipehero is the controller of the personal data you provide when using the Service. You can reach us about any data protection matter at privacy@pipehero.app; full operator identification is available on request.

Legal bases for processing

We process personal data under one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• rectify inaccurate data;
• erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If you process personal data of your own end users through Pipehero (e.g. captured webhook payloads), we act as your processor. A DPA is available on request at privacy@pipehero.app.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We ask that you contact us first so we can help resolve your concern.
