Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pipehero website, CLI, dashboard, and MCP server (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Pipehero exposes your local environment on a public URL and captures webhooks so you can inspect, replay, and debug them. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your API tokens, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe others’ rights;
• host or distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content;
• send unsolicited traffic, attack, or overload any system;
• circumvent plan limits or resell the Service without permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Plans apply per workspace.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data you tunnel and capture through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to process any data that passes through your tunnels.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Pipehero and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Stripe, Google, MCP clients). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipehero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pipehero against claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service is operated, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
